Family business

Created in 2002 by Marc Bemtgen, Immo&Conseil can boast of a long experience in the Luxembourg real estate market.

The company has specialized over the years in real estate development for residences and single-family homes and tries to deliver a real turnkey purchase.

At the same time, Immo&Conseil continues its historical activity of selling and renting land, offices, apartments, residences or houses already built.

Considering ourselves as a real intermediary between the buyer and the seller on the one hand and the owner and the tenant on the other hand, we are committed to helping you find the property that suits you and to rent or sell your property at the fairest price, as soon as possible.

Today, the takeover of Immo&Conseil is ensured by the new generation, Marc's eldest daughter, Claudine Bemtgen and her husband Christian Schwartz.
